钢管与法兰内外同步对接焊装置设计

摘要 基于大型钢管内外焊接时,因施焊位置恶劣而导致焊接质量的问题,文章设计了一种大型钢管内外焊的双面焊接装置。该装置利用机械臂与焊枪之间的摆动指,由经枢轴铰接在机械臂端部,通过对焊枪的高度和轴向位置进行调节,保障焊丝指向焊缝角度的准确性,从而提高焊接质量。该设计也为钢管与法兰内外同步自动焊接的实现提供了技术基础。 Based on the problem of welding quality caused by bad welding position when large steel pipe welded interal and external synchronously, a double-sided welding device is designed. The device uses the swing finger between the arm and the welding torch, and is articulated at the end of the arm by the pivot. By adjusting the height and axial position of the welding torch, the accuracy of the welding wire pointing to the welding seam is ensured, so as to improve the welding quality. The design also provides a technical basis for the realization of synchronous automatic welding of steel pipe and flange.
