摘要
压力管道安装过程中,焊接工艺直接影响其工程的整体质量,同时对后期的影响极为显著,一些管道在建成之后,还会因为焊接工艺的原因,出现各种各样的问题,根据大量的数据表明,压力管道的事故发生大多数原因是焊接质量的不合格。根据这一问题的出现,本文将当前的压力管道安装焊接工艺进行简要的分析,并且将影响焊接工艺质量的因素逐一列举,从而提出全面性、综合性、整体性的质量控制策略,帮助压力管道安装焊接工艺提供具体的实践指导。
In the pressure pipeline installation process, the welding process directly affect the overall quality of the project, while the impact of the latter is very signifcant. After the completion of some pipelines, various problems will occur due to the welding process. According to a large number of data, most of the causes of pressure pipeline accidents are due to unqualifed welding quality. According to the emergence of this problem, this paper briefy analyzes the current pressure pipeline installation and welding process, and lists the factors affecting the quality of the welding process one by one, so as to put forward a comprehensive, comprehensive and integrated quality control strategy, aiming to provide specifc practical guidance for the pressure pipeline installation and welding process.
