摘要
为分析汽车悬架下控制臂系统振动引起的整车NVH问题,在模态分析的理论基础上,利用CATIA建立了分体式衬套下控制臂三维模型并导入ABAQUS进行了约束模态分析,获取其前6阶的固有频率和振型,通过分析找出设计薄弱环节进行了研究,为今后的设计提供一定理论依据。
In order to analyze the NVH problem of vehicle caused by the vibration of the lower control arm system of automobile suspension,based on the theory of modal analysis,a three-dimensional model of the lower control arm with separated bushing was established by CATIA and imported into ABAQUS for constrained modal analysis.The first 6-order natural frequencies and vibration modes are obtained,and the weaknesses of the design are found out through analysis,which provides a theoretical basis for future design.
