摘要
目的了解宁波市社区居民用药认知现状及其影响因素,为完善居民安全合理用药措施提供参考。方法以分层随机抽样法对宁波市705名居民进行问卷调查,分析居民用药知识、态度、行为等内容,采用SPSS对资料以例数、百分比、M(QL,QU)进行表述,秩变换建立模型,并采用Logistic回归分析、Spearman相关分析等进行统计分析。结果居民用药知识、态度、行为三者之间均相关;性别、年龄、文化程度、用药知识是影响居民用药态度的主要影响因素;影响居民用药行为的主要因素有性别、年龄、文化程度、用药知识和用药态度。结论除采用传统方式加强用药宣传外,还应通过网络等各种新媒体方式进行用药教育,以保证社区居民的安全合理用药。
Objective To investigate the awareness of drug use among community residents in Ningbo and its influencing factors,so as to ensure a safe and rational drug use in local populations.Methods Using a stratified random sampling method,a questionnaire-based Knowledge,Attitudes,and Practices(KAP)survey was conducted on 705 residents in Ningbo.SPSS statistical software was used and data are presented as number,percentage,and quartiles(QL,QU),and models were established by rank transformation.Logistic regression analysis and Spearman correlation analysis were performed for statistical analysis.Results Residents’knowledge,attitudes and practices were correlated with each other.Gender,age,education level,and medication knowledge were the main factors affecting the residents’medication attitude,whereas gender,age,education level,medication knowledge,and medication altitudes were the main influencing factors of medication practices.Conclusion Publicity and education on rational drug use should be carried out through both the traditional media and a variety of new media(e.g.,the Internet)to ensure the safe and rational use of medicines among community residents.
