摘要
目的:调查了解社区居民安全用药知识水平的现状与用药教育的需求,探讨其影响因素,为制定合适的药学服务模式提供参考。方法:便利选取福州市200例社区居民进行问卷调查,SPSS 20.0分析调查结果,统计方法采用描述性分析、Anova方差分析、Spearman相关分析、Logistic回归等。结果:居民安全用药认知与行为得分率分别为76.6%、71.7%,各维度分析显示自我购药得分最低。受教育程度是居民安全用药认知、行为与用药教育需求的影响因素(P<0.05),不同工作状况的居民参加用药教育的频率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:福州社区居民安全用药认知与行为仍然存在不足,其用药教育意识待加强;药师有必要根据不同学历居民的接受情况,并结合工作状况与性质,给予多样化、有针对性的安全用药指导。
OBJECTIVE To investigate current knowledge of medication safety and demands for medication education in community residents,and explore the influencing factors,provide the basis for suitable pharmaceutical care mode.METHODS A total of 200 community residents in Fuzhou were selected for a questionnaire survey.Survey results were analyzed using SPSS20.0.Descriptive analysis,analysis of variance ANOVA,Spearman correlation analysis and logistic regression were performed.RESULTS The scoring rates of resident cognition and behaviors of medication safety were 76.6%and 71.7%,respectively.The analysis of various dimensions showed the score of self medicine purchase was the lowest.Moreover,education level was an influencing factor for resident cognition,and behaviors of medication safety and demands for medication education（P〈0.05）.The frequencies of residents with different working conditions in participating in medication education were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The cognition and behaviors of medication safety still need improvement,and medication education should be strengthened in community residents in Fuzhou.It is necessary for pharmacists to provide diversified and personalized guidance for medication safety according to different education levels and working conditions of residents.
