摘要
2008年以来,中国对南非的直接投资快速增加。在当今国际投资环境变幻莫测的形势下,研究中国对南非直接投资的风险类型、大小以及管控显得尤为重要。中国企业对南非的直接投资主要分布在矿产开发、制造业、基础设施、农产品加工与开发、金融等5个领域。运用ICRG法计算可以发现,近10年来南非的政治风险水平不断上升。中国应在加强与南非的交流与合作、加强与南非民间团体的沟通、做好市场调研与投资环境分析工作等3个方面采取措施,以提高中国企业对南非直接投资的政治风险管控水平。
Since 2008,China’s direct investment in South Africa has increased rapidly.Under the changing international investment environment,it is particularly important to study the risk types,size and control of China’s direct investment in South Africa.Chinese enterprises’direct investment in South Africa is mainly distributed in mineral development,manufacturing,infrastructure,agricultural products processing and development,finance.The ICRG calculation shows that the level of political risk in South Africa has been rising in the past decade.China should take measures to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with South Africa,strengthen communication with South African civil society,do market research and analyze investment environment,so as to improve the level of political risk control of Chinese enterprises’direct investment in South Africa.
