摘要
依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》及数学模型,分析榆林煤中干基灰分产率不确定度主要包括空气干燥基煤样水分(M ad)与灰分(A ad)的标准不确定度,并对每个不确定分量进行评定。结果表明:榆林煤中干基灰分标准不确定度为0.072,扩展不确定度为0.144。检查性干燥称量引起的不确定度分量(6.45×10^-4 g)分别对空气干燥基煤样水分(M ad)与灰分(A ad)的标准不确定度贡献大。
Based on the JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and representation of measurement uncertainty and mathematical model,uncertainty of dry basis ash yield in Yulin coal mainly includes standard uncertainty of moisture(M ad)and ash content(A ad),and each uncertainty component is evaluated.The result shows that the standard uncertainty of dry basis ash yield in Yulin coal is 0.072 and expanded uncertainty is 0.144.The uncertainty component(6.45×10-4 g)caused by checking drying contributes greatly to the standard uncertainty of moisture and ash in air-dried coal samples.
