摘要
钢铁公司因自身工序多、工厂面积大,普遍具有蒸汽产、用户多、蒸汽管网线路长等特点,在实际运行过程中,蒸汽管道经常出现水锤冲击现象,对钢铁公司蒸汽管道系统的安全运行构成严重威胁。如果不及时处理,蒸汽管道的水击轻则会导致管道内流动阻力变大,重则会造成管道及设备严重损坏,甚至造成人员伤亡,因此做好防范蒸汽管道水击的处理工作对于钢铁公司蒸汽管道系统的安全运行具有重要意义。
Because of its many processes and large plant area,iron and steel companies generally have the characteristics of much steam production,many users and long steam pipeline network.In the actual operation process,water hammer impact often occurs in steam pipelines,which poses a serious threat to the safe operation of the company's steam pipeline system.If not handled in time,lighter water hammer in steam pipeline will lead to greater flow resistance in pipeline,and heavier water hammer will cause serious damage to pipeline and equipment,and even cause casualties.Therefore,it is of great significance to prevent water hammer in steam pipeline for the safe operation of steam pipeline system in iron and steel company.
