摘要
分析了造成管道水击的原因,指出管道产生水击的外因是瞬时关闭阀门或突然断电停泵,管道的水击的内因是液体和管子具有弹性,管道是一个弹性水力系统,流动的液体具有动能与惯性,为管道水击提供了动力。介绍了管道水击理论及水击过程。管道水击波传播速度与液体的物理性质、管材的物理性质及规格、管道敷设方式有关,列出了水击运动微分方程组。
The surge of pipeline is analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that the external cause of pipeline's surge induces from the instantaneous closing of valve or the sudden shutdown of pumps the internal cause is that both pipeline and liquid are elastic,the pipeline is an elastic hydraulic system,the flowing liquid has kinetic energy and interia,which contributes to the pipeline's surge. In this paper,the theory of pipeline surge and the process of pipeline surge are introduced. The propagation speed of surge wave is related to the physical characteristics of liquid,the physical property and specification of pipe material,and pipe laying method. The author provides the differential equations of surge motion in this paper.
