摘要
介绍基于工作量考核的操作类岗位分配方案。通过对操作类岗位绩效管理环节共性问题的梳理,阐述搭配两级分配的绩效考核模式。分析操作类岗位绩效管理中介入部门内部分配的重要性。提出以院科两级的双轨制绩效考核对操作类岗位进行管理,为操作类岗位绩效管理方法设计提供广泛借鉴。
This paper introduced allocation scheme based on workload assessment in the operation position.Through sorting out the common management problems in operation postition,this paper expounded the performance appraisal mode of matching two-level distribution.analyzed the importance of participation in internal distribution.It s proposed that the two-level performance appraisal system of the Institute and the Department should be used to manage the operation posts so as to provide reference for design of performance management method of the similar department.
