摘要
随着工作压力增大、生活节奏加快,职业人群心理压力增大,极易导致职业倦怠,而临床医生是职业倦怠的高发人群。临床医生出现职业倦怠后,不但会对自身的身心健康造成影响,而且还会影响其医疗服务水平,进而引发医患纠纷。近年来,尽管国内关于临床医生职业倦怠的研究较多,对相关干预措施进行总结,但大部分研究仍无可靠的实证数据支持。通过对近年国内关于临床医生职业倦怠的研究情况进行综述,以望为后续临床医生职业倦怠的综合性研究以及制定全面化的干预措施提供部分依据。
As the work pressure increases and the pace of life speeds up,the psychological pressure of the professional population increases,which can easily lead to occupational burnout.Particularly,clinicians are the population with a high incidence of occupational burnout.Occupational burnout will not only affect clinicians physical and mental health,but also affect their medical level,thus causing doctor-patient disputes.In recent years,although there are many studies on occupational burnout of clinicians in China,and relevant intervention measures have been summarized,most of these studies are still not supported by empirical data.In this review,the research on occupational burnout of clinicians in China was summarized,which may provide basis for the follow-up comprehensive research on occupational burnout of clinicians and formulation of comprehensive intervention measures.
