摘要
目的:通过分析江苏省不同等级公立医院(三级、二级)医务人员职业倦怠现状,探讨压力源、不同的应对方式和社会支持对职业倦怠的作用,提出预防与干预医务人员职业倦怠的策略。方法:采取分层整群随机抽样对江苏省不同等级公立医院的医务人员进行职业倦怠量表(MBI)、压力源量表、简易应付方式量表和社会支持评定问卷调查。结果:江苏省不同等级公立医院医务人员职业倦怠现象比较普遍,处于中度水平,40.9%的医务人员出现重度情感衰竭,且三级医院医务人员职业倦怠水平高于二级医院。职业倦怠受年龄、职称、岗位、睡眠时间、健康状况、职业满意度、压力、应对方式和社会支持等的影响,30岁以下、初级职称的医务人员去人性化程度最高,职业满意度、健康状况与情感衰竭、去人性化呈负相关。结论:不同等级医院、不同的医务人员职业倦怠有所不同,通过提高健康状况、职业满意度及改善睡眠可改善医务人员的职业倦怠状况。
Objectives:To analyze the present situation of job burnout of medical staff from Jiangsu provincial public hospitals of different levels(three, two), explore the effect of different stressors, coping style and social support on job burnout, and put forward the strategy of preventing and intervening job burnout of medical staff. Methods:Medical staff were investigated of job burnout scale(MBI), stressors scale and social support rating scale(SSRS) by stratified random sampling from a large comprehensive public hospital from Jiangsu provincial public hospitals of different levels. Results:Medical staff has a moderate degree of burnout, of which 40.9% have high degrees of emotional exhaustion. And the level of job burnout of medical staff of the tertiary hospitals was higher than that of the secondary hospitals. Job burnout affected by age, education, job title, department, state of health, job satisfaction, stress, coping style and the effects of social support, and so on. 30 years of age, the junior titles of the medical staff have the highest degree of depersonalization. Job satisfaction, health situation have negative correlations with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. Conclusion:Job burnout of different level hospitals and different medical staff is different, through improving the health status, job satisfaction and sleep can improve the medical staff's job burnout status.
