Objective:To discuss the efficacy and safety of non-phacoemulsification hydrostatic nucleus delivery in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods:120 patients with senile cataract were selected from January 2015 to January 2018 in our Hospital, according to the random distribution, all patients were divided into random digital table method, they were divided into the nucleus delivery group and the ultrasound group, ultrasound group was given phacoemulsification treatment, nucleus delivery group was given nonphacoemulsification hydrostatic nucleus delivery treatment. Results:The 1 d,3 d,7 d postoperative best corrected visual acuity and corneal endothelial cell density in the nucleus delivery group were significantly higher than those in the ultrasound group(P<0.05),there was no difference in the best corrected visual acuity and corneal endothelial cell density between the two groups at 1 month after operation(P>0.05).The 1 d,3 d,7 d postoperative corneal astigmatism and edema in the nucleus delivery group were significantly lower than those in the ultrasound group(P<0.05),there was no difference in the corneal astigmatism and edema between the two groups at 1 month after operation(P>0.05).The complication rate in the nucleus delivery group was significantly lower than that in the ultrasound group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non phacoemulsification hydrostatic can effectively improve the early efficacy and safety of senile cataract.
