摘要
目的探讨小切口白内障非超声乳化白内障手术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年1月~2012年12月对74例74眼进行小切口白内障非超声乳化手术白内障患者的临床资料。结果术后第2d视力>0.5者39例(39眼);术后1w视力>0.5者48例(48眼);术后1个月最佳矫正视力≥0.5者68例(68眼),其中≥0.8者52例(52眼);最佳矫正视力<0.5者6例(6眼),其中老年性黄斑变性3眼,增生性糖尿病视网膜病变2眼,青光眼眼底损害1眼。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术术后效果良好,安全性高,值得大力在基层医院推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract operation.Methods A retrospective analysis of 2011 January-2012 year in December 74 cases 74 eyes of small incision cataract ultrasonic emulsification operation of non clinical data of patients with cataract.Results 39 cases in second days after operation,visual acuity was>0.5 in 48 cases(39 eyes);1 weeks after operation,visual acuity was>0.5(48 eyes);1 months after surgery,the best corrected visual acuity≥0.5 in 68 cases(68 eyes),including 52 cases of≥0.8(52 eyes);6 patients with best corrected visual acuity was<0.5 subjects(6 eyes),including agerelated macular degeneration in 3 eyes,proliferative diabetic retinopathy in 2 eyes,1 eyes of glaucoma damage.Conclusion The small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation after operation,high security,is worthy to be popularized in basic level hospital.
