摘要
以职业能力为导向的国家专业标准研制路径,可以有效解决专业标准研制工作局部化、专业标准路径概念化、专业标准技术方案浅层化的问题。电子商务技术专业教学标准研制组经过深入的调研分析,了解了电子商务技术人才现状、特点与需求趋势,根据调查结果梳理出电子商务技术就业岗位群包括运营技术类、营销技术类、开发技术类和视觉技术类四类,根据岗位群确定了电商平台构建、电商运营和商务数据分析三个专业方向,各校依据职业能力要求对知识点和技能点开发课程并重构课程体系,进行拆分和设置衔接课程,推进职业能力培养层层递进。实践证明,该方法能为国家专业标准研究过程提供国家视角及科学、可操作的路径,为国家专业标准的生成提供启示和指引。
The development path of National Professional Standards Oriented by Professional Ability can effectively solve the problems of the localization of professional standard development, the conceptualization of professional standard paths and the shallowing of technical scheme of professional standard. Through in-depth investigation and analysis, the research team of teaching standards for e-commerce technology specialty has learned about the current situation, characteristics and demand trend of e-commerce technology talents. According to the survey results, it has sorted out four types of e-commerce technology jobs, including operation technology, marketing technology,development technology and visual technology. The group has determined three specialty directions of e-commerce platform construction,e-commerce operation and business data analysis. Each school develops curricula and restructures curriculum system for knowledge and skill points according to vocational competence requirements, divides and sets up the convergence courses, and promotes the progressive development of vocational competence. Practice has proved that this method can provide national perspective, scientific, operational measures and paths for the research process of national professional standards, and provide inspiration and guidance for the generation of national professional standards.
