摘要
目的:观察用蒙脱石散联合双岐杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片对消化不良性腹泻患儿进行治疗的临床效果。方法:从2017年9月至2018年10月期间四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的消化不良性腹泻患儿中选取80例患儿为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组。单用蒙脱石散对对照组患儿进行治疗,用蒙脱石散联合双岐杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片对观察组患儿进行治疗。用药5d后,对比两组患儿治疗的效果、临床症状及体征消失的时间。结果:经治疗,与对照组患儿相比,观察组患儿退热的时间、大便恢复正常的时间、腹泻腹痛症状及呕吐症状消失的时间均较短,其病情的治愈率和治疗的总有效率均较高,P<0.05。结论:用蒙脱石散联合双岐杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片对消化不良性腹泻患儿进行治疗的效果确切,可缩短其临床症状及体征消失的时间,加快其康复的速度。
objective: to observe the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder combined with lactobacillus bifidobacterium triple live tablet in the treatment ofchildren with dyspeptic diarrhea. Methods: 80 children with dyspeptic diarrhea admitted to the maternal and child health and family planning service center of abaTibetan and qiang autonomous prefecture of sichuan province from September 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided intocontrol group and observation group. Children in the control group were treated with montmorillonite powder alone, and children in the observation group were treatedwith montmorillonite powder combined with lactobacillus bifidobacterium triple live tablet. After 5 days of treatment, the therapeutic effects, clinical symptoms andsigns disappeared in the two groups were compared. Results: after treatment, compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter time to reduce fever,time to return to normal stool, time to disappear diarrhea, abdominal pain and vomiting symptoms, and higher cure rate and total effective rate of treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion: montmorillonite powder combined with lactobacillus bifidobacterium triple live tablet is effective in the treatment of children with dyspeptic diarrhea, whichcan shorten the time for the disappearance of clinical symptoms and signs and speed up the recovery.
