摘要
目的研究蒙脱石散与双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片(金双歧片)联合治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床效果。方法将从我院所收治的小儿急性腹泻患者中选取100例参与治疗研究,随机平均分为两组,即为对照组(蒙脱石散治疗法)和实验组(蒙脱石散联合金双岐片治疗法),观察两组临床治疗效果,并进行对比分析。结果实验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于患有小儿急性腹泻的患者,采取蒙脱石散与金双岐片联合治疗具有良好疗效。
Objective To make a study on clinical effect of Montmorillonite powder combined with Golden bifidobacterium tablets in treatment of children patients with acute diarrhea. Methods Chose 100 children patients with acute diarrhea treated in our hospital to study and separated them into two groups equally of control group and study group. Patients in control group were given Montmorillonite powder treatment and patients in study group were given about Montmorillonite powder combined with Golden bifidobacterium tablets,and then observed and compared the treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group was higher than efficacy in control group,and such an differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined with Golden bifidobacterium tablets is effective for children patients with acute diarrhea.
