摘要
文章论述了创新创业教育过程中存在的问题,分解为指导教师、学生、学校、社会四个方面的问题。指导教师方面:教师缺乏创新创业教育方面的培训,对于学生团队管理、项目管理、项目选择上有待加强;学生方面:缺乏团队意义,缺乏诚信,项目半途而废;学校方面:资金投入力度不够,缺少培训,培训内容呆板,流于形式;社会方面:缺少支持平台,企业参与度较低。改进措施有:企合作办学;学校加大资金投入和增加培训次数,丰富培训内容;激发学生创新创业能力,培养学生团队意识、诚信、责任意识。
This paper discusses the problems existing in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education,which can be divided into four aspects:instructors,students,schools and society.In terms of instructors,teachers lack training in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and need to be strengthened in student team management,project management and project selection;Students:lack of teamwork significance,lack of integrity,half-way project abandoned;schools:inadequate investment,lack of training,rigid training content,mere formality;Schools:insufficient investment,lack of training,rigid training content,mere formality;social aspects:lack of support platform,low participation of enterprises.The improvement measures include:running schools in cooperation with enterprises;increasing the investment of funds and training frequency,enriching training content;stimulating students innovative and entrepreneurial ability,cultivating students'team consciousness,integrity and responsibility consciousness.
