哈尔滨市8家三级甲等医院外科护士正念、职业怠倦及主观幸福感的相关性分析 被引量:8

Relevance analysis of mindfulness,job burnout and subjective well-being of surgical nurses in eight grade-A tertiary hospitals in Harbin

摘要 目的 探讨哈尔滨市三级甲等医院外科护士正念、职业怠倦及主观幸福感的相关性,为提升外科护士主观感受幸福能力提供参考依据。方法 2018年8月,采用正念注意觉知量表、职业怠倦量表和主观幸福感量表对哈尔滨市8家三级甲等医院378外科护士进行调查。结果 三级甲等医院外科护士正念得分为55.26±11.41,职业怠倦得分为135.026±22.18,主观幸福感得分为7.68±2.02;不同年龄、学历、职称及个人月收入的外科护士正念水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、学历、职称、外科工龄、个人月收入及婚姻状况外科护士职业怠卷感水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、职称、外科工龄及个人月收入的外科护士主观幸福感水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);外科护士正念水平与职业怠倦呈负相关(r=-0.486,P<0.01),与主观幸福感呈正相关(r=0.384,P<0.01);职业怠倦感与主观幸福感呈负相关(r=-0.448,P<0.01);正念在三级甲等医院外科护士职业怠倦与主观幸福感起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为45.80%。结论 哈尔滨市8家三级甲等医院外科护士、正念水平、职业怠倦与主观幸福感密切相关,通过提高外科护士正念水平,可减轻其职业怠倦感,提升主观幸福感受能力。 Objective To explore the correlation among mindfulness,job burnout and subjective well-being of surgical nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Harbin,provide reference for improving the subjective well-being ability of surgical nurses.Methods In August 2018,378 surgical nurses from eight grade-A tertiary hospitals in Harbin,were investigated by Mindfulness Attention Perception Scale,Job Burnout Scale and Subjective Well-being Scale.Results The scores of mindfulness,job burnout and subjective well-being of surgical nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals was 55.26±11.41,135.026±22.18,and 7.68±2.02,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in mindfulness level among surgical nurses of different age,educational background,professional title and personal monthly income(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in job burnout level among surgical nurses of different age,educational background,professional title,length of service,personal monthly income and marital status(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in subjective well-being level among surgical nurses of different age,professional title,length of service and personal monthly income(all P<0.05).Mindfulness level of surgical nurses was negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.486,P<0.01),and positively correlated with subjective well-being(r=0.384,P<0.01).Job burnout was negatively correlated with subjective well-being(r=-0.448,P<0.01).Mindfulness played a mediating role between job burnout and subjective well-being of surgical nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals,and the mediating effect accounted for 45.80%of the total effect.Conclusion The mindfulness level is closely related to job burnout and subjective well-being in surgical nurses from eight grade-A tertiary hospitals in Harbin.By improving the mindfulness level of surgical nurses,their job burnout can be reduced and their subjective well-being ability can be improved.
