摘要 目的:探讨新型医用液体硅橡胶弹性体组合物Urolastic用于比格犬阴茎增粗术的安全性、持久性和有效性。方法:30只比格犬纳入实验研究,测量注射Urolastic前及注射后1周、3个月阴茎近端、中端和远端的直径,注射前及注射后1周、3个月检测血常规、肝肾功能及电解质;注射后1、3个月分别行CT及肝、肾、阴茎组织病理检查。结果:注射后1周近端、中端和远端的阴茎直径分别增加(0.4±0.3)、(0.6±0.1)、(0.5±0.3)cm,与注射前有显著改变(P<0.01或<0.05);注射后3个月,近端、中端和远端的阴茎直径分别增加(0.4±0.2)、(0.5±0.1)、(0.6±0.2) cm,与注射前有显著改变(P<0.01或<0.05);注射后1周与注射后3个月比较,阴茎直径无明显差异(P>0.05)。注射后1周比格犬的白细胞计数[(18.16±2.57)g/L]、中性粒细胞[(77.34±9.21)%]与注射前[(15.16±3.17)g/L、(67.18±8.25)%]有显著差异(P<0.05),其他血常规指标无显著差异;注射前与注射后1周、3个月比较,肝肾功能及电解质均无显著差异。注射后1、3个月CT下Urolastic显影良好,材料清晰可见,各注射点呈不规则形状;阴茎解剖提示Urolastic呈不规则形状,与CT结果一致,材料与周围组织易分离。注射后1、3个月组织病理显示未见明显炎症细胞浸润。结论:新型医用液体硅橡胶弹性体组合物Urolastic用于比格犬阴茎增粗术具有效果显著、安全性高等优点,具有很好的临床应用前景。 Objective: To study the safety, durability and effectiveness of a new medical liquid silicone rubber elastomer(LSRE) compound Urolastic in penile augmentation in beagle dogs. Methods: A total of 30 beagle dogs were included in the experiment. The diameters of the proximal, middle and distal penis of the animals were measured and the indexes of blood routine, liver and kidney function and electrolytes obtained before and at 1 week and 3 months after penile subcutaneous injection of the LSRE compound. CT scanning and pathological examinations of the liver, kidney and penile tissues were performed at 1 and 3 months after treatment. Results: The diameters of the proximal, middle and distal penis of the dogs were increased by(0.4 ± 0.3) cm,(0.6 ± 0.1) cm and(0.5 ± 0.3) cm at 1 week, and(0.4 ± 0.2) cm,(0.5 ± 0.1) cm and(0.6 ± 0.2) cm at 3 months after injection of the LSRE compound, with statistically significant difference from the baseline(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05) but not between the 1 st week and the 3 rd month(P > 0.05). The counts of leukocytes and neutrophils were markedly increased compared with the baseline([18.16 ± 2.57] vs [15.16 ± 3.17] g/L, P < 0.05;[77.34 ± 9.21]% vs [67.18 ± 8.25]%, P < 0.05), but not the other blood routine indexes. There were no statistically significant differences in the liver and kidney functions or electrolytes before and after the injection. At 1 and 3 months after treatment, Urolastic was clearly visible and the injection points were irregular in shape at CT imaging. The anatomical findings were consistent with the CT manifestations and showed that the material was easily separated from the surrounding tissues. No significant inflammatory cell infiltration was observed in pathological examinations at 1 and 3 months. Conclusion: The new medical LSRE compound Urolastic has a good clinical application prospect in penile augmentation for its advantages of significant effectiveness and high safety.
