摘要
以2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉为起始原料,通过四步反应合成了一种新型的8-羟基喹啉功能羧酸分子5,7-二(4-羧基苯基)-2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉。通过优化合成步骤和反应条件,将目标产物的总产率提升至71.6%。采用核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱对目标分子的结构进行表征与分析,利用紫外吸收光谱、荧光光谱研究目标分子的发光性能,结果表明羧酸功能分子在380~440 nm间有3个明显的发射峰,且溶剂分子可诱导其发射波长和荧光强度的变化。
A novel 8-hydroxyquinolinate-based functional molecule with two carboxylate groups(5,7-di(4-carboxylphenyl)-2-methyl-8-hydroxyquinoline)was synthesized in four steps with 8-hydroxyquinaldine as starting material.Based on the optimization of synthetic method and reaction conditions,the overall reaction yield of target molecule was increased up to 71.6%.The structure of target molecule was fully characterized and analyzed by 1H and 13C NMR,and IR spectra.The luminescent properties of target molecule were explored by the UV-vis and fluorescence spectra.The results show that it has three obvious emission peaks between 380 and 440 nm in the solid state.Additionally,the emission wavelength and fluorescence intensity of target molecule can be tuned by different solvent molecules at room temperature.
