粒用高粱种质资源主要农艺性状的相关性及主成分分析 被引量:14

摘要 为了解粒用高粱种质资源的多样性,挖掘其有益基因,提高粒用甜高粱育种效率,对20份粒用高粱种质资源的9个农艺性状进行了遗传变异、相关性及主成分分析。结果表明,9个农艺性状中角质率变异系数最大,为57%;生育期变异系数最小,为4%。相关性分析结果显示,株高与穗柄长呈极显著负相关,茎粗与主穗长呈极显著正相关,主穗长与穗柄长、单穗粒质量呈极显著正相关,其他性状间相关性均不明显。主成分分析结果显示,从9个农艺性状提取了株型、籽粒产量、穗形3个主成分,其累积贡献率达75.381%,3个主成分基本可以概括反映供试材料的9个农艺性状因子信息。表明不同粒用高粱种质资源农艺性状间存在着较大差异,在粒用高粱新品系改良或选育过程中,应根据不同的育种目标筛选基础材料,主辅因子兼顾,方可提高种质资源利用率,实现综合性状最优化。 The aim of this study was to investigate the grain sorghum germplasm resource diversity,explore the desirable benifical genes and improve the breeding efficiency of sweet grain sorghum.In this experiment,genotypic variability,correlation and principal component analysis(PCA)were used to evaluate the nine main agronomic characters in relation to sorghum quality of 20 grain sorghum germplasm resources.The results showed that among the nine agronomic characters,the variation coefficient of horny rate was the largest(57%)and the coefficient of variation in growth period was the smallest(4%).Correlation analysis results showed that plant height was significantly negatively related to peduncle length,main panicle length was significantly positively related to stem diameter,panicle stalk length and single panicle grain mass,the correlation between other traits was not obvious.The results of principal component analysis showed that plant type factor,grain yield factor and spike shape factor principal components were extracted from 9 agronomic characters,and the cumulative contribution rate of the above three factors was 75.381%.The three principal components could basically summarize all information of the nine agronomic character factors of the tested materials.In conclusion,giant differences existed in agronomic traits among different grain sorghum germplasm resources.So,in the process of improving or breeding new grain sorghum lines,basic materials should be screened according to the breeding objectives,give consideration to both primary and secondary factors to provide the utilization rate of germplasm resources and realize the optimization of comprehensive characters.
