摘要
目的了解喀什地区早产儿视网膜病变患病率及影响因素。方法对我院眼科2016年9月-2018年9月收治的206例早产儿的临床资料进行统计分析。结果206例早产儿中,24例发生视网膜病变,早产儿视网膜病变患病率为11.7%,其中胎龄<30周、出生体重<1500g早产儿最易发生,在病变程度方面,18例为1期,3例为2期,2例为3期,1例为4期,0例为5期,分别占总数的75.0%、12.5%、8.3%、4.2%、0%;发生视网膜病变的早产儿的出生胎龄小于未发生视网膜病变早产儿(P<0.05),出生体重低于未发生视网膜病变早产儿(P<0.05),吸氧时间、吸氧浓度、机械通气、颅内出血、贫血比例均高于未发生视网膜病变早产儿(P<0.05)。结论本地区早产儿视网膜病变患病率为11.7%,影响因素包括出生胎龄、出生体重、吸氧时间、吸氧浓度、机械通气、颅内出血、贫血。
Objective To study the prevalence rate and influencing factors of retinopathy of prematurity in Kashgar.Methods The clinical data of 206 cases of premature infants admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were analyzed statistically.Results Among the 206 cases of prematurity,retinopathy 24 cases,the incidence rate was 11.7%,of which<30 weeks of gestational birth age,birth weight<1500 g premature infants most easily occurred,in the aspect of lesions,18 cases in phase 1,3 cases in phase 2,2 cases in phase 3,1 cases in phase 4,0 cases in phase 5,accounted for75.0%,12.5%,8.3%,4.2%,0%of the total.The gestational birth age of occurred retinopathy of prematurity was lower(P<0.05),the birth weight was lower(P<0.05),the oxygen time,the high concentrations of oxygen,mechanical ventilation,intracranial hemorrhage,anemia rates were higher than which did not occurred retinopathy of prematurity(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence rate of retinopathy of prematurity in this region is 11.7%,which influencing factors include gestational birth age,birth weight,oxygen uptake time,oxygen concentration,mechanical ventilation,intracranial hemorrhage and anemia.
