摘要
研究目的:硫酸钙晶须作为无机纤维的一种,掺入混凝土后使混凝土力学性能获得了明显的提高。本文基于混凝土弹性模量三重球(Triple-sphere)模型,考虑硫酸钙晶须对混凝土弹性模量的贡献,采用Weibull分布,建立硫酸钙晶须混凝土弹性模量随龄期发展模型;对模型参数进行拟合,并分析不同硫酸钙晶须掺量对混凝土弹性模量的影响。研究结论:(1)基于Triple-sphere模型与Weibull分布建立了适用于硫酸钙晶须混凝土的弹性模量随时间发展模型,并通过试验数据确定了模型的关键参数,模型计算结果与试验值吻合良好;(2)不同硫酸钙晶须掺量的混凝土弹性模量计算结果表明,5 kg/m3硫酸钙晶须掺量对弹性模量提高效果最好,与试验结果相吻合;(3)本研究成果可以为高性能混凝土设计提供指导。
Research purposes:As an inorganic fiber,calcium sulfate whisker could significantly enhance the mechanical properties of concrete.Based on the experiments on the time-dependent mechanical properties of calcium sulfate whisker,this paper constructed a model that predicts the time-dependent elastic modulus of calcium sulfate whisker concrete within the frame of the Triple-sphere model and Weibull distribution.The model parameters were fitted and the effects of different calcium sulfate whisker content on the elastic modulus of concrete were analyzed.Research conclusions:(1)Based on the Triple-sphere model and Weibull distribution theory,a model for the development of elastic modulus of calcium sulfate whisker concrete with time was established,and the key parameters in the model are determined by the experimental data.Calculation results are well in line with the experimental data.(2)The calculation results of concrete elastic modulus of different calcium sulfate whisker content show that 5 kg/m3 calcium sulfate whisker content has the best effect on the improvement of elastic modulus,which is consistent with the test results.(3)The research results can provide guidance for the design of high performance concrete.
