摘要
研究了不同用量的硫酸钙晶须对乳胶漆物理性能的影响。研究表明，当乳胶漆中硫酸钙晶须的用量为0．5％～2．5％时，能显著提高漆膜的对比率、弹性、附着力和耐洗刷性能。硫酸钙晶须会影响乳胶漆膜的白度和耐候性，但不影响耐水性、耐碱性和低温稳定性。它可以降低漆膜的光泽，替代消光剂使用。
The effects of different dosages of calcium sulfate whisker on physical performance of latex paint was studied. The films prepared with calcium sulfate whisker 0.5%-2.5% in latex paint have evidently improved contrast ratio, elasticity, adhesion strength, and scrub resistance. Calcium sulfate whisker affects the whiteness and weather resistance of latex paint film, but has no effect on the water/alkali resistance and low temperature stability. Calcium sulfate whisker reduces the film luster and can be used as an alternative to matting agent.
