摘要
介绍了硫酸钙晶须的制备方法和应用情况,通过分析典型钙法(石灰-石膏法)生产工艺流程,指出利用脱硫副产物石膏生产硫酸钙晶须是解决钢铁企业二次污染的发展方向。在减少烧结烟气二氧化硫排放的同时,避免产生固体污染,使脱硫石膏变废为宝,可实现高效清洁脱硫并创造显著经济效益。
The producing methods and utilization of calcium sulfat whiskers were introduced.The development trend of resolving the second pollution problem in steel plant is to produce calcium sulfat whiskers with desulphurization by-product by analyzing the typical sintering gas desulphurization technologies limestone/lime-plaster,which could desulphurize high-efficiently and cleanly and provide economic benefit by decreasing the SO2 emission without solid waste.
