摘要
目的:了解学生对循证医学的认知情况和教学效果的满意度,为进行教学改革提供依据。方法:对某大学2019年春季学期学习循证医学的临床医学专业学生进行问卷调查。采用SPSS 22.0进行统计分析,P≤0.05认为差异有统计学意义。结果:学生对循证医学课程重视度不高,大部分同学对教学效果表示满意(58.3%)或较满意(39.4%),数据表明教师授课的准备及条理性、教师准备的教学内容、课堂气氛及互动这3个条目是对课程满意度有影响的因素。结论:提高学生对课程的认知度和重视度,针对影响课程满意度的3个因素采取相应措施,可提高循证医学教学效果。
Objective To investigate cognition and satisfaction with teaching effect of evidence-based medicine in students,so as to provide the basis for teaching reform.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among clinical medicine students who have taken the course in the spring semester of 2019.Statistical analysis was conducted by SPSS 22.0,P≤0.05 was con-sidered statistically significant.Results Little attention was paid to the course,Most students were satisfied with the teaching effect.Teaching preparation and organization,teaching content,classroom atmosphere and interaction were the three factors that influenced the satisfaction of the course.Conclusions Improving the recognition and attention to the course,Taking meas-ures according to the three factors affecting the curriculum satisfaction,so as to improve the teaching effects of evidence-based medicine.
