摘要
现阶段,人们对早期教育的重视程度越来越高,市场之中也出现了很多早教机构,致使该层面的人才需求量急剧攀升。本文对早期教育特点以及问题进行总结,并从理论课程体系的构建、实践教学体系的构建、人才培养模式的改革、强化早期教育人才综合培养四方面,论述了新环境下高职院校早期教育的人才培养策略。
At this stage,people pay more and more attention to early education,and there are many early education institutions in the market,resulting in a sharp rise in the demand for talents at this level.This paper summarizes the characteristics and problems of early education,and discusses the strategy of early education in higher vocational colleges in the newenvironment from four aspects:the construction of theoretical curriculum system,the construction of practical teaching system,the reform of talent training mode,and the strengthening of comprehensive training of early education talents.
