摘要
目的探讨国医大师刘祖贻含黄芪处方的用药规律,总结其学术思想。方法收集整理国医大师刘祖贻含黄芪处方561首,录入中医传承辅助系统软件平台构建数据库,再使用该软件进行数据挖掘,得出含黄芪处方中黄芪用量规律、单味药物频次、配伍药物功效类型、药组频次、主治疾病谱等。结果含黄芪处方中黄芪用量在10-150 g之间,最常用量为30 g;常用与补虚、活血化瘀等药物联用;高频药物为山楂、白术、党参等;高频药组为“黄芪,山楂”、“黄芪,丹参”、“黄芪,白术”等;常用于治疗“痹病”“咳嗽”、“失眠”等。结论国医大师刘祖贻善用黄芪助阳化气、调补中焦、益气活血、健脾补肺,多与益气温阳、补血活血、健脾消食、止咳化痰药物配伍,药专力宏,组方法度清晰,印证了其“健脾实卫”“、杂病调中”“、气阳主用”的学术思想。
Objective:To explore the medication rules of National TCM Master Liu Zuyi's prescriptions with Astragal Radix and summarize his academic thoughts.Methods:Prof.Liu's 561 prescriptions containing Astragal Radix were collected to build a database based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS).Then the data were analyzed by TCMISS to acquire the regularity of dosage of Astragal Radix,the frequency of single medicine,the efficacy of drug compatibility types,the frequency of drug combinations,the spectrum of diseases,and so on.Results:In the prescription containing Astragal Radix,the dosage of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari was between 10 g and 150 g,and the most common dosage was 30 g;Astragal Radix was commonly used in conjunction with reinforcing deficiency medicine and blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs;The frequently used drugs were Fructus Crataegi,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Codonopsis,etc.The frequently used drug combinations were“Astragal Radix,Fructus Crataegi”,“Astragal Radix,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae”,“Astragal Radix,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae”,etc.The prescriptions were commonly used to treat“cough”,“insomnia”and so on.Conclusion:National TCM Master Liu Zuyi is good at using Astragal Radix to nourish yang qi,regulate the spleen and stomach,benefit qi for activating blood circulation,invigorate spleen and eliminate food,relieve cough and resolve phlegm,with concentrated medication and clear prescription principles.It proves Liu Zuyi's academic thoughts of“strengthening spleen and nourishing defensive qi”,“regulating the spleen and stomach in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases”and“integration of body and application”.
