摘要
随着教育制度的深化改革,高职教育备受关注。教育的发展离不开教师的专业化发展,其中,青年教师对于职业成就感的反馈,一定程度上影响了学校的发展和教育制度的完善。广元地区高职院校青年英语教师职业幸福感较低,存在“青年英语教师培训机会少”、“教师奖惩制度不够完善”等困惑和难题,进而提出有效提升青年英语教师职业幸福感的途径和策略,至关重要。通过深入剖析,以期对高职院校青年英语教师职业幸福感研究提供一定的借鉴。
With the deepening reform of education system,higher vocational education has attracted much attention.The de-velopment of education cannot be separated from the professional development of teachers.The feedback of young teachers on their sense of professional achievement has affected the development of schools and the improvementof educational system to a certain extent.Young English teachers in higher vocational colleges in Guangyuan have a low sense of professional well-being.There are some puzzles and problems such as"little training opportunities for young English teachers"and"imperfect teacher reward and punishment system".It is very important to put forward effective ways and strategies to improve young English teachers'professional well-being.Through in-depth analysis,this paper aims to provide some references for the study of career well-being of young English teachers in Higher Vocational colleges.
