摘要
研究生教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,是国家培养高层次人才的重要路径,是国家人才竞争和科技竞争的重要支柱。新时代,在"双一流"建设全面启动背景下高校思想政治教育全面加强,研究生教育综合改革全面深化,研究生思想政治工作呈现局面、标准、要求"三新"境况,面临认知、管理、运行三大困境。基于立德树人的工作目标和根本要求,着力于全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人,亟须构建研究生思想政治工作队伍协同机制,构建研究生思想政治工作管理协同机制,构建研究生思想政治工作运行协同机制。这是适应形势、解决困境、实现新时代研究生思想政治教育路径科学化的有效举措。
Graduate education is an important part of higher education in China.It is an important path to train high-level talents and an important pillar of national talent competition and scientific and technological competition.In the new era,under the background of the"double first-class"construction,the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been comprehensively strengthened,the comprehensive reform of graduate education has been comprehensively deepened,and the situation,standards and requirements of the three new situations have emerged in the postgraduate ideological and political education,faced with cognitive,management,and operation of the three major dilemmas.Based on the goal and the basic requirements of the work of"high moral values establishment and people cultivation",it is urgent to construct the cooperative mechanism of the graduate students’ ideological and political education work,and to construct the cooperative mechanism of the graduate students’ ideological and political education work,focusing on the whole staff’s education,the whole process and the all-round education.We will improve the cooperative mechanism for the work of ideological and political education for graduate students.This is the effective measure to adapt to the situation,to solve the difficult situation and realize the scientific path of the ideological and political education of postgraduates in the new era.
