基于GPRS-DTU和组态王的远程仿真实验技术研究

摘要 利用GPRS通信网络和组态软件进行远程仿真实验,不仅丰富了实验技术手段,还有助于提高实验室的开放性。该文提出以可编程逻辑控制器为核心实验设备,采用GPRS-DTU模块和组态王相结合进行远程仿真实验的新技术。首先介绍了远程仿真实验系统的设计思路和组成;然后以电梯监控系统为例,详细介绍了关键实验技术的研究和开发过程;最后结合实际教学效果证明,该技术能够满足现代化实验教学的需要,促进虚拟仿真实验教学水平的提高。 Remote simulation experiments using GPRS communication network and configuration software not only enrich the experimental techniques,but also help to improve the openness of the laboratory.This paper proposes a new technology for remote simulation experiments using a PLC as the core experimental equipment and a combination of GPRS-DTU module and KingView software.Firstly,the design idea and composition of the remote simulation experiment system are introduced.Then,the elevator monitoring system is taken as an example to introduce the research and development process of key experimental technology in detail.Finally,the actual teaching effect has proved that the technology can meet the needs of modern experimental teaching and can promote the improvement of the level of virtual simulation experiment teaching.
