武警部队突发公共卫生事件模拟仿真实验室建设探讨

摘要 【目的】为探究武警部队有效应对突发公共卫生事件的方法,提出模拟仿真实验室建设的构想。【方法】搜集材料,分析论证,模拟仿真实验室的建设构想,按照从宏观的体系分布、结构布局到微观的场景应用的逻辑进行论证。【结果】本研究在论证突发公共卫生事件模拟仿真实验室建设意义的基础上,对模拟仿真实验室的建设要求做了初步探讨,提出模拟仿真实验室分布式仿真体系的建设、突发公共卫生事件救援指挥控制平台的构建、虚拟城市与救援现场视景的建立、模拟仿真实验室的结构布局,最后对下一步研究重点作简要分析。【结论】本研究对武警部队突发公共卫生事件模拟仿真实验室建设进行探讨,对突发公共卫生事件模拟仿真实验室的建设具有一定的参考意义。 【Objective】To explore the effective response of PAP to public health emergencies,and put forward the construction conception of simulation laboratory.【Methods】Materialswere collected.The construction of simulation laboratory was analyzed and demonstrated,which was based on the logical demonstration from macro system distribution,structure layout to micro scene application.【Results】On the basis of demonstrating the meaning of simulation laboratory construction of public health emergencies,a preliminary discussion was made on the requirements of simulation laboratory construction,and the construction of the distributed simulation system of simulation laboratory,public health and preventive medicine rescue command and control platform was put forward.The construction of a virtual city and the establishment of the rescue site visual,structure layout of simulation laboratory were also proposed.Finally,a brief analysis was made on the next step of research emphasis.【Conclusion】The construction of the simulation laboratory for public health emergencies is discussedin the Armed police Forces,which has certain reference significance for the construction of the simulation laboratory for public health emergencies in the future.
