摘要 鉴于当前较为复杂的社会医疗环境,加强临床医学人文教育尤为重要,而临床实践是医学教育的一个重要环节,是医学生从学生成长为医生的一个桥梁。针对目前医学生人文素质教育存在医学培养体系缺乏人文教育、师资匮乏、医学生不重视人文教育等不足,本文探讨如何在医学生进入临床实践阶段的各个环节中融入临床人文素质教育,强化医学生的责任感和法律意识,提高临床带教教师的人文素质,完善医学人文课程设置,营造良好的医学人文学习环境,加强医学人文素质的实践,旨在提高医学生综合素质,为适应现代医学发展培养高素质人才。 It is particularly important to strengthen humanistic education in clinical medicine because of the current complex social medical environment, the clinical practice is an important part that medical students become a doctor, a bridge for medical students to grow from students to doctors. There are many inadequate about humanistic quality education in medical students at present, for example the humanistic education is shorted and teachers are scarce in the medical education system, and medical students do not pay attention to humanistic education. How to strengthen the humanistic quality of medical students in all the phases of clinical practice education experience, strengthen their sense of responsibility and legal awareness, improve humanism quality of teachers and the medical humanities curriculum, build good medical humanities learning environment, emphasize on the practice of medical humanities quality. It aimed at improving the medical students’ comprehensive quality and cultivating high-quality talents to adapt to the development of modern medicine.
