摘要
目的:观察头针联合体针治疗后循环缺血性眩晕(PCIV)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例PCIV患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。2组均针对患者基础疾病予以对症治疗,包括控制血压、血糖、血脂以及抗血小板聚集等。治疗组予以头针联合体针治疗,对照组仅予体针治疗,均治疗3个疗程。治疗前后观察2组的临床疗效,记录中医症状积分(SDSVD),以及采用TCD检测双侧椎动脉(VA)及基底动脉(BA)的收缩期峰流速(VS)、平均血流速度(Vm)。结果:治疗后,治疗组有效率93.3%,对照组66.7%,2组疗效差异显著;与治疗前比较,治疗后2组的中医症状积分明显降低,双侧椎动脉及基底动脉的收缩期峰流速、平均血流速度均明显提高;与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组各项指标改善显著。结论:头针联合体针治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效优于单纯体针治疗,能有效改善患者临床症状及增加脑血流量,为临床治疗提供一定价值。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture for treatment of ischemic vertigo(PCIV).Methods:60 patients with PCIV who met the inclusion criteria were randomized into 30 patients in each of the treatment and control groups.Both groups were treated symptomatically for the underlying disease,including blood pressure,blood sugar,blood lipids,and anti-platelet aggregation.The treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with acupuncture.The control group was only treated with body acupuncture.All treatments are 3 courses.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed before and after treatment.The TCM symptom score(SDSVD)was recorded,and the systolic peak flow velocity(Vs)and mean blood flow velocity(Vm) of bilateral vertebral artery(VA)and basilar artery(BA)were detected by TCD.Results:After treatment,the effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 66.7%in the control group.The difference in efficacy between the two groups was significant.Compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment,and the peak flow velocity and mean blood flow velocity of the bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery were significantly increased.Compared with the control group after treatment,the indicators in the treatment group improved significantly.Conclusion:The clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in treating ischemic vertigo is better than that of simple acupuncture treatment,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and increase cerebral blood flow,and provide certain value for clinical treatment.
