摘要
本研究在大脑皮层运动区相对应的头皮投影部位针刺,于拇短展肌记录运动诱发电位(MEP),对64例正常人和16例中枢神经疾患伴运动障碍患者,进行了针刺MEP的初步研究。对针刺产生的MEP特点、机理及影响因素进行了分析探讨。作者认为:该方法是继经颅电、磁刺激MEP之后的又一项检测中枢运动神经系统功能的新方法,同时也使头针作用机理的研究取得了突破性进展;还为指导临床治疗,预测运动障碍患者的功能结局提供了客观指标。
The paper reports the primary research on acupuncture MEP by observing the changes of MEP in 60 normal people and 16 patients with Central nerve diseases and dyscinesia, acupuncturing the corresponding Scalp projection location of motor area of Cerebrum , recording the MEP of short abductor muscle of thumb.it Analysises the characteristics,mechanism and other influence factors of MEP produced by acupuno-ture. The results showed that the MEP could be recorded in contralateral short abductor muscles of normal people(60 cases),that of patients with pyramidal tract damage couldn't be recorded. All these Sug-geste that this method is a new one to determine the function of central motion nerve system after cranio-electrical activity and magnetic stimulation MEP, meanwhile it is a great development of research on mechanism of scalp acupuncture, it provides objective index for guiding chmical work and predicting the prognosis of patients with discinesia.
