摘要
以无菌黑腹果蝇成虫作为寄主,对高黎贡山6种虫生真菌18个菌株的毒力进行了测定,并分析了高毒力优良菌株的寄主范围;结果表明,不同菌株毒力差异较大,初始死亡时间为24~90 h,半数死亡时间为72~162 h,全部死亡时间为144~222 h,其中菌株MAX-2的毒力最高,其次为MBR-1;这2个菌株都能感染多种害虫(5个目8个科11种),说明其不仅毒力强,且寄主范围广,具有良好的应用前景。
Sterile Drosophila melanogaster?adults were used as hosts to test the virulence of 18 strains of 6 entomogenous fungi species from Gaoligong mountains and the host ranges of excellent strains with higher virulence were also analyzed.The results showed that different strains had quite different virulence,the initial death time being 24h^90h,the half death time being 72~162h,the total death time being 144~222 h;the strain MAX-2 had the highest virulence and the next was MBR-1.Both the 2 strains could infect multiple pests(5 catalogues,8 families,11 species),suggesting that they were not only highly virulent,but also have wide host ranges,with good application prospects.
