摘要
目的分析2018年微生物检验及主要细菌耐药性检测结果。方法选择某院2018接收的痰、血、尿及分泌物等4950份标本,给予临床微生物检验及主要细菌耐药性分析。结果所有标本经过检测,结果发现主要耐药菌数量有503株,所占比例10.16%,其中各个科室的耐药菌株检出率存在一定差异(P<0.05)。主要耐药菌总株数共503株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌4.57%,溶血性葡萄球菌6.56%,大肠埃希菌23.66%,肺炎克雷伯杆菌26.04%,铜绿假单胞菌21.87%,奇异变形杆菌8.75%,鲍曼不动杆菌8.55%。不同菌株对各类抗菌药物的耐药性不相同。结论通过微生物检验及主要耐药性分析,可明显观察到耐药菌株情况,合理选择抗菌药物,快速控制病情,同时还可避免抗菌药物滥用现象,减少院内感染发生率。
Objective To analyze the microorganism examination results and major bacterial drug resistance in 2018.Methods 4 950 specimens of sputum,blood,urine and secreta in 2018 were selected as research objects;the clinical microorganism examination results and major bacterial drug resistance were assessed.Results The detection results showed that 503 strains of major drug-resistant bacteria were discovered(10.16%);the detection rate of drug-resistant strains in each department was significantly different(P<0.05).Among 503 strains of major drug-resistant bacteria,the detection rate of staphylococcus aureus was 4.57%,6.56%of staphylococcus haemolyticus,23.66%of escherichia coli,26.04%of klebsiella pneumoniae,21.87%of pseudomonas aeruginosa,8.75%of proteus mirabilis and 8.55%of acinetobacter baumannii.The drug resistance for different bacterial strains was significantly different.Conclusion The microorganism examination and major bacterial drug resistance analysis is beneficial to observe the drug-resistant strains,select the proper anti-bacterial agents,control the illness state,avoid the drug abuse and reduce the nosocomial infection rate.
