摘要
使用疲劳实验机研究 6×7-IWS-Φ1.95 mm 细规格镀锌钢丝绳的弯曲疲劳失效过程。随着弯曲疲劳次数的 增加,钢丝绳中外绕股中心钢丝没有发生断裂。同时,在缺丝对比实验中,缺少外绕股中心钢丝的钢丝绳样品极 限弯曲疲劳次数最低。实验结果表明,6×7-IWS 结构的钢丝绳,外绕股中心钢丝对钢丝绳的弯曲疲劳寿命具有重 要的影响;摩擦磨损是钢丝绳弯曲疲劳实验过程中钢丝产生裂纹源的主要原因。
In this paper, the bending fatigue failure process of 6× 7-IWS-φ 1.95 mm fine galvanized steel wire rope is studied by using a fatigue tester. With the increase of bending fatigue times, the central steel wire around the outer strand of the steel wire rope did not break. Meanwhile, in the comparative experiment of wire shortage, the ultimate bending fatigue times of the wire rope sample lacking the center wire of outer wound strand is the lowest. According to the experimental results, the bending fatigue life of the 6×7-IWS steel wire rope is greatly in fluenced by the steel wire wound at the center of the outer strand. Friction and wear are the major causes of cracks in steel wire during bending fatigue tests.
