摘要
研究影响钢丝绳疲劳性能的主要因素,引入钢丝绳弯曲疲劳试验方法,结合钢丝绳生产的实际问题,重点研究了制绳用钢丝的镀层、压缩率及钢丝绳的工艺参数等因素对疲劳性能的影响,并提出改善钢丝绳疲劳性能的技术措施。研究表明:钢丝电镀纯锌层面质量在12~60g/m^2,拉拔生产的钢丝亨特疲劳在1200MPa下可达到10万次以上,比未镀锌钢丝明显提高,但锌层过厚也会降低钢丝疲劳性能。对于7×7-Φ2.0mm结构钢丝绳,用锌层面质量为12g/m^2薄镀层钢丝生产的钢丝绳弯曲疲劳次数比用118g/m2厚镀层钢丝生产的钢丝绳弯曲疲劳次数提高了近10%。
To research main factors affecting fatigue performance of wire rope,bending fatigue test method of wire rope is introduced,combined with practical problems of wire rope production,influence of the factors such as wire rope coating,compression ratio and technological parameters of wire rope on fatigue performance of wire rope is emphatically studied,and technical measures to improve fatigue performance of wire rope are put forward.Research shows that mass quality of steel wire pure zinc plating layer is 12~60 g/m^2,and hunter fatigue of steel wire produced by drawing can reach more than 100 thousand times under 1200 MPa,which is obviously improved compared with that of ungalvanized steel wire,but fatigue performance of steel wire can also be reduced by excessive thickness of zinc layer.For 7×7-Φ2.0 mm wire rope,the bending fatigue times of wire rope produced of 12 g/m^2 thin coated wire rope with zinc layer mass quality increased by nearly 10% compared with that produced of 118 g/m^2 thick coated steel wire rope.
