摘要
近年来我国逐渐探索EPC模式建设城市轨道交通项目,相较于施工总承包,目前的EPC设计管理体系仍不够成熟。结合佛山地铁2号线EPC实践经验,在介绍EPC模式下轨道交通项目设计管理工作特点、组织架构、职责的基础上,从进度控制、投资控制、质量控制、合同管理、信息管理、全面组织与协调、职业健康安全与环境管理等方面,总结提炼EPC设计管理重点及具体措施,强调通过资源整合、管理提升体现工程总承包价值,期望为轨道交通项目EPC设计管理提供参考和借鉴。
In recent years,EPC mode has been explored gradually in urban rail transit projects.Currently,EPC design management system is still far from mature while compared to general contracting for construction.Combining the experience of EPC project of Foshan Metro Line 2 as an example,on the basis of introducting characteristics,organizational framework and duties of rail transit projects under EPC mode,this paper summarizes the focuses and specific measures of design management under EPC mode,from the perspective of schedule control,investment control,quality control,contract management,information management,overall organization and coordination,occupational health safety and environmental management.Emphasizes to enhancing the value of general contracting through resource integration and management,hoping to provide reference for EPC design management of rail transit projects.
