摘要
目的:本研究以社会认知生涯理论(SCCT)为参照,分析了人格、职业兴趣和职业信心对高中生专业意向的预测作用,并比较三者对专业意向的影响。方法:研究使用跨文化(中国人)个性测量表-青少年版、霍兰德职业兴趣量表、霍兰德职业信心量表以及学生升学计划问卷测量了781名高二学生的人格、职业兴趣、职业信心和专业意向。结果:判别式分析表明,人格、职业兴趣和职业信心对学生的专业意向具有显著预测作用;职业兴趣和职业信心对学生专业意向的影响符合SCCT理论预期,且大于人格的影响。结论:生涯教育工作者在考虑学生性别、地区等人口学因素情况下,可通过测量人格、职业兴趣和职业信心来帮助其选择更合适的专业。
Objective:Taking the social cognitive career theory as reference,this study analyzed the predictive effect of personality,vocational interests and career confidence on the major intention of senior high school students,and compared impact of the three factors on major intention.Methods:The personality,vocational interest,career confidence and major intention of 781 high school students in grade two were measured by the Cross-cultural(Chinese)Personality Assessment Inventory,RIASEC-interest,RIASEC-confidence and student academic path survey.Results:Discriminant analysis showed that personality,vocational interest and career confidence had significant predictive effects on the major intention of students;the impact of vocational interest and career confidence on the major intention of students accorded with the expectation of the social cognitive career theory,and it was greater than the impact of personality.Conclusions:Career educators can assist students to select a more suitable major by measuring personality,vocational interest and career confidence,taking into account the demographic factors such as gender and geographical region of the students.
