摘要
水含量作为加氢裂化原料的限制值之一,本身对催化剂具有毒害作用。本文通过实验结论以及工业运行情况对于水的影响进行分析,结果表明:水含量超标时,会对催化剂的活性以及外观形状等指标造成影响,轻者会造成催化剂失活速率的增加,严重时会造成加氢裂化装置意外停工。故各企业专职管理人员应加强对于"毒物"水的认识,及时把控及时解决,避免其对炼化过程的稳定生产造成阻碍。
As one of the limits in hydrocracking feed,water content itself has toxic effect on catalysts.In this paper,the experimental results and the influence of water on industrial operation are analyzed.The results show that,when the water content exceeds the standard limit,the activity and appearance of the catalyst will be affected,which may increases the deactivation rate of the catalyst,and even causes the accidental shutdown of the hydrocracking unit.Therefore,the full–time managers in the refinery should strengthen the understanding of the"poisonous"water,timely control and solve it,so as to avoid hindering the stable operation of the refining process.
