大孔吸附树脂纯化亚麻木酚素及其抗氧化活性研究

摘要 研究不同乙醇浓度对大孔吸附树脂纯化亚麻木酚素(SDG)的影响,并分析比较相应洗脱物的抗氧化活性。结果表明:与亚麻籽粕相比,洗脱物的纯度和抗氧化活性均有一定的提高。其中,30%乙醇洗脱物中SDG含量最高为62.49%,该洗脱物对DPPH自由基的清除率为44.2%,对Cu^2+的还原能力为0.91 mg Trolox/mg样品,对Fe^2+的螯合率为53.54%。 The effects of different ethanol concentration on the purification of flaxseed lignans(SDG)by macroporous resins were studied,and the antioxidant activities of the corresponding eluents were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the purity and antioxidant activity of eluants became higher compared with the flaxseed cake.The SDG content of 30%ethanol eluates was the highest,reached 62.49%,while the scavenging rate of DPPH radical was 44.2%,the reducing power of Cu^2+was 0.91 mg Trolox/mg sample,and the chelating rate of Fe^2+was 53.54%.
