摘要
目前,乡村学校的发展陷入了两难困局:从空间定位来看,乡村学校是“进城”还是“返乡”;从文化根基来看,是基于乡村文化还是趋向城市文化;从改革主体来看,是依赖“外援”支持还是激发“内生”力量;从建设重点来看,是注重规模扩张还是注重内涵提升等,这都是乡村学校建设必须要解决的方向性问题。学校兴,则乡村兴。乡村振兴需要乡村学校建设从“嵌入”乡村向“融入”乡村的战略转移,以乡村小规模学校建设为生长点,通过培养本土乡村教师并借助外部支持与制度保障来切实推进乡村学校的自我创生与内生发展。
At present,the development of rural schools is in a dilemma.From the perspective of spatial orientation,are rural schools going to city or returning to countryside?From the point of cultural foundation,is it based on rural culture or urban culture?From the view of the reform subject,does it rely on external support or internal strength?Viewed from the focus of development,should we pay more attention to quantity expansion or quality improvement?These are all directional issues that must be solved.Rural revitalization requires a strategic shift from rooting in countryside to integrating into countryside,taking the construction of small-scale rural schools as the growth point,training local rural teachers,and relying on external support and institutional guarantee.
