摘要 《教师法》是教育领域的重要法律,是中国特色社会主义法律体系的组成部分。修订《教师法》,是以法治方式引领和推动新时代教师队伍建设的迫切需要,是完善中国特色社会主义法律体系的内在要求。在修法过程中,要落实依法治教的要求,抓住关键环节,推进科学立法。其中,明确教师的法律地位是修法的前提;保障教师的法定权益是修法的重点;让法律“长出牙齿”是修法的关键;注重系统性与前瞻性是修法的技术要求。 Teachers Law is an important law in the field of education and a part of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.The revision of Teachers Law is an urgent need to lead and promote the construction of teachers’team in the new era in the way of rule of law.It is the inherent requirement of improving the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.In the process of revising the law,it is necessary to implement the requirements of administrating education according to law,seize key links and promote scientific legislation.Among them,clarifying the legal status of teachers is the premise of the revision of the law,protecting teachers’legal rights and interests is the focus of the revision of the law,letting the law“grow teeth”is the key to the revision of the law,and paying attention to systematicness and foresight is the technical requirement of the revision of the law.
