摘要
目的:了解关于我国高校教师权益保护的研究现状,分析研究中存在的不足,提出改进意见。方法:从中国知网数据库检索关于高校教师权益保护的文献,筛选整理,进行分析、讨论。结果:检索出符合条件的文献24篇,研究年份主要于2005-2011年,作者所在地区集中在广东、湖北、湖南、山东等地,内容主要涉及高校教师权益状况及所面临的问题、权益缺失原因及保护对策与建议。结论:我国对于高校教师权益保护的研究力量薄弱,研究方向较单一,应扩宽研究视野,积极推进相关研究,对高校教师权益问题的探索给予多方面支持。
Objective: to understand the study of college teachers' rights and interests protection to analyze the existing problems and propose some improving suggestions.Methods: search relevant papers in CNKI to classify,analyze and discuss.Results: 24 papers are suitable,which are mainly between 2005 and 2011,and the authors are in Guangdong,Hubei,Hunan and Shandong province,the subjects are concerned about the problems,the reasons and the protection measures and suggestions.Conclusion: the research on college teachers' rights and interests' protection is weak and limited.The study version should be widened to carry out relevant researches so as to provide more support to college teachers' rights and interests' protection.
