摘要
目的分析手术室干预性护理防止腹腔镜手术后下肢静脉血栓形成的效果.方法选取2018年1—12月在该院进行腹腔镜手术的患者6000例,随机划分为2组,3000例作为对照组,对照组采用常规护理;3000例作为观察组,对观察组采用手术室干预性护理,实验结束后根据2组患者的满意度及手术成功率进行评分.结果由此观察得出,实验期间,观察组患者的满意度高于对照组且下肢静脉血栓发生率低于对照组.结论手术室干预性护理对腹腔镜手术下肢静脉血栓的形成有控制效果,减少了静脉血栓的形成,并提高了患者的满意度.
Objective To analyze the effect of interventional nursing in operating room on preventing lower extremity venous thrombosis after laparoscopic surgery. Methods 6 000 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 3 000 cases as control group and 3 000 cases as observation group. The observation group was given interventional nursing in operating room. After the experiment, the satisfaction and success rate of the two groups were scored. Results During the experiment, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Interventional nursing in operating room can control the formation of venous thrombosis in lower extremities during laparoscopic surgery, reduce the formation of venous thrombosis and improve patient satisfaction.
