摘要
目的 按摩解除食管癌患者术后便秘的临床价值体会.方法 该院2018年3月—2019年3月收治的60例食管癌患者术后便秘患者为该次研究对象,按照是否行按摩干预将所有患者为对照组(30例:未行按摩干预)与实验组(30例:行按摩干预),比较两组患者预后情况.结果 实验组疾病控制率(96.67%)以及患者对临床干预满意度(93.33%)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 食管癌患者术后便秘患者按摩干预效果明显优于常规干预效果.
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of massage in relieving postoperative constipation in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 60 patients with postoperative constipation of esophageal cancer were enrolled in this study. According to whether massage intervention was performed or not, all patients were divided into control group(n=30) and experimental group(n=30). The prognosis of the two groups was compared. Results The disease control rate(96.67%) and the satisfaction rate of clinical intervention(93.33%) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Massage in patients with postoperative constipation in patients with esophageal cancer The effect of intervention was obviously better than that of routine intervention.
