摘要
目的分析研究针刺治疗精神分裂症取穴规律。方法对中国知网、万方以及维普数据库中有关精神分裂症取穴的文献进行检索,通过数据挖掘法筛选出与纳入标准相符的文献,总结分析其中涉及的穴位、穴位处方、核心穴位以及高频穴位。结果穴位处方共计纳入89组,穴位共计选取76个,核心穴位以及高频穴位为内关、百会、印堂、神门、太冲、丰隆、合谷、足三里、三阴交,普遍应用的穴位组合、核心组合及新穴组方分别为16对、5组、5组。结论对精神分裂症患者实施针刺治疗的原则是以醒神开窍为主,以息风豁痰为辅,取穴核心以内关、百会、印堂、神门、太冲、丰隆、合谷、足三里、三阴交九穴为主。
Objective To analyze and study the law of acupoint selection in the treatment of schizophrenia by acupuncture.Methods The literature on acupoint selection of schizophrenia in China knowledge Network, Wanfang and Weipu database was searched, and the literature which was consistent with the inclusion criteria was screened by data mining method, and the acupoints, acupoint prescription, core acupoints and high frequency acupoints involved were summarized and analyzed. Results The acupoint prescription was brought into 89 groups, 76 core acupoints and high frequency acupoints were selected as Neiguan, Baihui, Yitang, Shenmen, Taichong, Fenglong, Hegu, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, the commonly used acupoint combination, the core combination and the new acupoint group were 16 pairs, 5 groups and 5 groups, respectively. Conclusion The principle of acupuncture treatment for patients with schizophrenia is based on the awakening of the gods, supplemented by the stagnation of the wind, and the core of the acupoints are Neiguan, Lily, Yintang, Shenmen, Taichong, Honglong, Hegu and Zusanli., Sanyinjiao nine points mainly.
